The typical Tech Social schedule:
– 8:00pm: folks arrive, grab drinks, socialize
– 9:00pm: quick announcements, thank sponsors
– 9:10pm: back to chatting
– 11:00pm: head home, exhilarated from great conversations!
HackerNest Tech Socials are Entry by Donation – any amount appreciated, but $10 suggested. No amount is too little! If a cash donation is too restrictive, please join us anyway – just let us know at the door.

Code for Canada is seeking talented tech professionals to build the next generation of public services in Canada. The paid, 10-month placement matches workers with government teams and begins in Toronto starting October 2017. Fellows must be eligible to work in Canada and are paid a pro-rated $75,000 salary.
